Refund and Return Policy

At Maxxan Academy Sdn Bhd Store, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. This Refund and Return Policy outlines the conditions under which you can return products purchased from store.maxxan.com.my and receive a refund or exchange.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By purchasing from Maxxan Academy Sdn Bhd, you agree to the terms of this policy.

1. General Return Conditions

    • Eligibility Window: You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

    • Condition of Returned Items: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact. Products that are used, damaged, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund or may incur a restocking fee.

    • Proof of Purchase: All returns must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase, such as your order number, receipt, or invoice.

    • Non-Returnable Items: Certain types of items are exempt from being returned. These include:
        • Digital products (e.g., e-books, online courses, downloadable software) once accessed or downloaded.

        • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).

        • Customized or personalized items.

        • Health and personal care items (for hygiene reasons).

        • Items marked as "final sale" or "non-refundable."

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

    1. Contact Customer Service: Before returning any item, please contact our customer service team at hello@maxxan.com.my or 03-2770 0186 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please provide your order number and the reason for your return.

    1. Pack Your Item: Securely pack the item(s) you wish to return in their original packaging.

    1. Include RMA Number: Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package. Returns without an RMA number may be delayed or rejected.

    1. Ship Your Return: Send the item(s) to the following address: Lot 8, Lorong Teknologi A, Taman Sains Selangor, Kota Damansara, 47810 Petaling Jaya, Selangor. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

3. Refunds

    • Inspection and Approval: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    • Processing Time: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear on your statement may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.

    • Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error).

    • Late or Missing Refunds:
        • If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

        • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

        • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

4. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or a different product, please contact our customer service team at hello@maxxan.com.my or 03-2770 0186. We will guide you through the exchange process. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receipt (within 7 days) with details of the damage and photographic evidence. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs, where applicable.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been shipped. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@maxxan.com.my or 03-2770 0186. Once an order has been shipped, it falls under our standard return policy.

7. Changes to This Policy

Maxxan Academy Sdn Bhd reserves the right to modify this Refund and Return Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed about our return and refund practices.
